Instructions
  1. Add the matzos to the chicken stock and bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the stock from the heat. In a small bowl mix the egg yolks and the cinnamon.
  4. Add about 1 cup (250 ml) of the soup to the egg mixture a little at a time, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the soup, stirring until slightly thickened.
