Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC/gas mark 6. Prick the skin of each potato several time and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Mix the fromage frais and horseradish together.
  4. Cut into the top of each potato with a sharp knife and squeeze it to open it out.
  5. Spoon a little of the fromage frais horseradish mixture into each potato.
  6. Top each with a little beef, sprinkle with chives and serve.
